Dane Anderson

Dane Anderson is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in the legal field. He has been licensed to practice law in both Nevada and California since 1999 and 2000, respectively. Dane’s educational journey began at the University of Washington, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Before joining Anderson Keuscher Brachmann, Dane had the privilege of working at Woodburn and Wedge, the oldest firm in Nevada. This experience provided him with a strong foundation and deep understanding of the legal landscape, equipping him with the skills and knowledge necessary to build a successful legal career.

Over the past two decades, Dane has built a robust litigation practice, with a strong emphasis on jury trials. His primary areas of focus are appellate practice and eminent domain work, where he has been able to make a significant impact. He has had the privilege of representing clients in numerous high-stakes jury trials, consistently achieving favorable outcomes. His approach combines meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and persuasive advocacy, all aimed at securing the best possible result for his clients.
