John F. Keuscher (Nevada State Bar Number: 7774) was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Formerly a shareholder at Woodburn and Wedge, John partnered with Jessica Anderson in 2013 to form Anderson Keuscher, PLLC. Their office is located in Reno, Nevada.Since beginning practice in 2001, John’s focus has been Family Law in Northern Nevada, including divorce, child custody, support, alimony, adoption, guardianship, termination of parental rights, premarital agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

John also provides mediation services for couples needing legal assistance with divorce and post-divorce issues. John recognizes that the practice of Family Law is far different than other areas of practice because the decisions made and resolutions reached immediately impact the real lives and livelihoods of people, their spouses, and their children. “I understand that people facing Family Law issues are often dealing with significant stress and raw emotions. Divorce is usually one of the most difficult experiences one will face in life. The key to prevailing in divorce is exercising sound judgment. And during this challenging time in your life, you only make thoughtful and reasonable decisions by receiving honest, objective, and experienced counsel.”

John urges anyone experiencing a Family Law problem to seek advice from an attorney experienced in Family Law in your jurisdiction. “Even if you don’t ultimately hire an attorney, at least consult with a good one to understand the procedures and legal technicalities you face. Family Law issues can dramatically impact our lives. Don’t rely on random advice and fill-in-the-blank forms.” John is experienced in negotiation, mediation, and litigation in Family Law. He welcomes new clients.
